How to make

  4. Add choco chips and nuts to the mixture.
  5. Take one tablespoon of the mixture then place it on a baking sheet covered in baking paper. Repeat until the pan is full.
  6. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes until done.

  8. Serve while warm or put in a jar when the temperature is cold.

2. Vegan gluten free coconut cookies


  • 150 gr of liquid margarine
  • 40 grams of sugar
  • 150 gr of rice flour or cornstarch
  • 70 grams of coconut flour or grated coconut which is dried or roasted
  • Raisins or cherries for decoration

How to make

  1. Mix liquid margarine with sugar into the container.
  2. Add cornstarch or rice flour and coconut flour to the container, stirring until smooth.
  3. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for about one hour by covering the container using plastic.
  4. Preheat the oven to 120 degrees.
  5. Prepare a baking sheet then coat it with baking paper.
  6. Remove the cooled dough and form it round and place it on a baking sheet.
  7. Add cherries or raisins to each mixture in the pan.
  8. Bake in the oven for approximately 8 to 15 minutes until it is wide and the edges are yellowish.
  9. Lift and leave the cake in the pan until it's cool before removing it so that the texture hardens.
  10. After cold, put it in a jar to serve.

3. Nastar pandan cheese gluten free

  • 75 grams of salted butter
  • 75 gr margarine
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar, puree
  • 1 tsp pandan powder, mix with 1 tablespoon of hot water
  • 180 gr of cassava flour
  • 27 grams of milk flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Adequate cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 egg yolk mix with 1 tbsp liquid milk (for spread)
  • Grated cheese to taste (for sprinkles)

How to make

  1. Mix butter, margarine, egg yolks, and sugar. Then mix well using a spatula.
  2. Add pandan powder solution, mix well.
  3. Add cassava flour, milk flour and cornstarch while sifting. Stir until smooth.
  4. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 150 to 160 degrees Celsius.
  5. Prepare a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine.
  6. Take the mixture about 1 tbsp, pour it in and add the cubed cheese.
  7. Then round the mixture and place it on a baking sheet. Top with egg yolk mixture and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Repeat until the pan is full.
